AerCap leases 60 aircraft in 4Q2015

AerCap reported (15-Jan-2016) the following 4Q2015 transactions:

  • Signed lease agreements for 60 aircraft, including 17 widebody and 43 narrowbody aircraft;
  • Purchased 11 aircraft, including four Boeing 787-9s, six 737-800s, and a single A350;
  • Executed sale and part-out transactions for 28 aircraft from AerCap's owned portfolio:
    • Three A319, three A320s and one A321-100;
    • One A330-200, one A330-300;
    • Two A340-300s;
    • Five Boeing 737NGs, one 737 Classic, three 757-200s;
    • Three Boeing 747-400s, one 767-300ER, one 777-200ER;
  • Sold three Boeing 737 Classics from managed aircraft portfolio;
    • AerCap continues to manage a single aircraft sold from its owned portfolio during 4Q2015;
  • Signed financing transactions for USD2.9 billion. [more - original PR]
