Aena increases stake in Cali Airport

AENA signed (01-Aug-2013) an agreement with Abertis for the purchase of a 33% stake in Aerocali, the concessionare of Cali Airport, for EUR4 million. AENA will increase its stake in the company to 66.6% with the stake acquisition. Cali Airport is the third largest airport in Colombia with around four million passengers.
