AEA passenger traffic up 10.4% in week 36

Association of European Airlines (AEA) reports (15-Sep-2011) the following traffic highlights for its member airlines for week 36 of 2011:

• Passenger traffic (RPKs): +10.4% year-on-year;
• • Cross-border Europe: +9%;
  • North Atlantic: +9.9%;
  • Far East/Australasia: +11.4%;
• Passenger load factor: 80.7%;
• • Cross-border Europe: 76.6%;
  • North Atlantic: 85.7%;
  • Far East/Australasia: 80%.
