A4A projects increase in summer travel, record international pax to travel

Airlines for America (A4A) forecasted (16-May-2013) more people will fly this summer than a year ago, and a record number of passengers will fly internationally. A4A stated it expects US airlines will carry close to a total of 209 million passengers globally from Jun-2013 through Aug-2013, an increase of 1% year-on-year. 27 million international passengers are estimated to travel, a record number of international passengers for US airlines.
