30-May-2013 Ryanair Holdings plc (Ryanair) faces having to reduce its shareholding in Aer Lingus Group plc (Aer Lingus), after the Competition Commission (CC) provisionally decided that its 29.8 per cent stake could reduce competition on routes between Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
