Report from the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Adria Airways d.d.

The Supervisory Board of Adria Airways appointed Mark Anžur as President of the Management Board because he was found to be the most suitable candidate among those who submitted applications for the post. Furthermore, Mr Anžur has proven himself to be an expert and a good manager through his work and results to date, and he has the Supervisory Board members' full confidence. "We believe that he will be thoroughly knowledgeable about the airline industry and that with his years of business experience he will continue the successful management of Adria Airways and, together with his co-workers, successfully achieve the company's ambitious goals," commented Chairman of the Board Tone Pekolj.

The Supervisory Board also approved a measure to expand the Management Board with an additional member. In selecting and appointing the new member, the Supervisory Board will work with the President of the Management Board. In this way they will ensure that a candidate is appointed who in the opinion of both the President of the Management Board and Supervisory Board will make the greatest possible contribution to the achievement of the set goals. The new Management Board member is expected to be appointed by the end of August 2013.
