22-Aug-2013 LAN reports that it was officially notified for the first time on Tuesday, August 20th, by the Argentina Regulatory Agency of the National Airport System (ORSNA for its acronym in Spanish), demanding that the company vacate the hangar that it operates at the Jorge Newbery Airport terminal (Airpark), within 10 calendar days from August 20th.
LAN is taking the necessary steps to resolve this situation as soon as possible and will initiate legal action to defend its rights to maintain operations at the hangar at the Airpark.
It is important to note that itineraries for international and domestic flights to and from Argentina's Ezeiza International Airport have not been affected and all domestic flights out of the Airpark maintain their normal scheduled until further notice.
