Alitalia: Resignation of the CEO Andrea Ragnetti

25-Feb-2013 The Alitalia Board of Directors and Mr. Andrea Ragnetti have mutually agreed to terminate their relationship.
Mr. Ragnetti resigned from the Board and as Chief Executive Officer of Alitalia and Air One as well as Managing Director of Alitalia. The Board of Directors accepted Mr. Ragnetti's resignation accordingly.
Until the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors have granted interim power to the Chairman of Alitalia, Mr. Roberto Colaninno.
The Chairman, assisted by the two Vice-Presidents, Elio Catania and Salvatore Mancuso, will take care of the process to appoint a new CEO.
