Alitalia Clarification

Alitalia, in reference to some misleading news appeared today in the "Fatto Quotidiano" newspaper, noting that the capital increase of €300 million which is currently underway has already been secured for €130 million, and is guaranteed by Poste Italiane S.p.A. and by two of Italy's major banks: Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. and UniCredit S.p.A., confirms the continuity of its flight operations and warns anyone against disseminating alarming and harmful news; Alitalia will take action against anyone who causes damage to the company.
