ANA Holdings Inc is a Japanese airline group based in Tokyo, Japan. ANA and its fellow group carriers operate an extensive network of domestic and international services. Originally founded in Dec-1952, ANA is headquartered in Shiodome-City Center, Tokyo and is dual-listed on the Tokyo and London Stock Exchanges (TYO: 9202, LSE: ANA). Members of the ANA group include:

  • All Nippon Airways (since Dec-1952)
  • Air Japan (since Jun-1990)
  • ANA Wings (since Oct-2010)
  • Peach (since Mar-2012)
  • AirJapan (since Feb-2024)

Minority stakes in other carriers include:

  • Skymark Airlines (16.5%, since Sep-2015)
  • Vietnam Airlines (8.77%, since 04-Jul-2016)
  • PAL Holdings (9.5%, since Jan-2019)

All Nippon Airways also has business agreements with StarFlyer and IBEX Airlines for support services concerning flight operations, flight crew, maintenance and engineering. Operations under the Vanilla Air brand ceased from 26-Oct-2019 under a planned merger between Peach and Vanilla Air.
