Zurich benefits from Lufthansa's takeover of Swiss

Lufthansa's takeover of Swiss in 2005, and the associated

integration of Swiss into the Star Alliance, had a "more than favourable"

impact on Zurich Airport's performance in 2006. Passenger numbers for

the 12 months ended 31-Dec-06 rose strongly (+7.6% year-on-year), which led

to 5.0% and 3.9% increases in revenue and EBITDA, respectively. Net profit for

the period rose 48%.
