TUI sells Coventry Airport

SYDNEY (Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation) - TUI UK announced it has sold Coventry Airport to Cafco-C, a JV between US Convergence-AFCO and Howard Holdings, whose shareholders have mainly property and airport management interests.

TUI purchased the airport in 2004, but has recently been restructuring and rationalising its UK operations. Financial details were not disclosed.
