Sichuan Airlines signs engine deal with IAE for 18 A320s
At the Zhuhai Airshow in early Nov-08, Sichuan Airlines selected IAE International Aero Engines' V2500 powerplants for 18 Airbus A320 family aircraft that will be delivered between 2009 and 2012. As part of the deal, IAE has been designated as the airline's preferred engine supplier for all future acquisitions of A320 family aircraft.
