Shaheen Air fleet and network expansion to pick up

Pakistan-based private carrier, Shaheen Air, which was forced to put a hold on its expansion plans due to a lack of available aircraft and high fuel prices in mid-2008, now looks set to pick up where it left off. The carrier plans to acquire additional aircraft to expand its route network to Europe, North America, India and increase capacity on its existing services to the Middle East.
