JetLite reports fourth quarter net loss of USD25.9 million

Premium Analysis

JetLite generated a net loss of USD25.9 million in the fourth quarter to 31-Mar-09, compared to the net loss of USD40.7 million in the previous corresponding period. The improvement, largely attributed to a reduction in jet fuel prices, still shows signs of an unfavourable economic environment, which poses a major challenge in returning to profitability.
