HK's Swire Pacific forms aviation financial service JV with Air China, SkyWorks

Hong Kong (XFN-ASIA) - Swire Pacific Ltd said it has formed
a joint venture with Air China Ltd unit Air China Development Corp (Hong Kong)
Ltd and SkyWorks Capital of the US to provide a range of financial advisory
services to the aviation industry throughout the Asia Pacific region.
It said it seeks to provide such services to clients such as airlines, banks, lessors and investors.
Ownership of the joint venture -- which will be named SkyWorks Capital Asia Ltd -- will be equally shared by the three partners, Swire Pacific said.
It did not disclose the financial terms of the joint venture agreement.
