Expedia signs marketing and distribution agreement with AirTran

Analysis

Expedia announced signed a marketing and distribution agreement with AirTran. Under the agreement, AirTran's fares and inventory will continue to be available to travellers that visit Expedia, Egencia and Hotwire sites in the US each month.

Expedia shares were down 0.5% on Tuesday. Amadeus shares closed 1.2% higher, as European stocks recovered from Monday's fall.
