Changi Airports International steps into Vietnam
Changi Airports International (CAI) signed an MoU with the
Vietnam Government to develop Phu Bai Hue Airport into an international facility.
The MoU is part of the Government’s tourism Master Plan to develop Thua
Thien Hue Province as Vietnam’s next international tourism destination.
Under the agreement, CAI will be allowed to invest in the local airport or invite
other international partners to jointly develop the airport. CAI will also provide
aviation management training for Hue's personnel at the Singapore Aviation Institute.
