With the decline in passenger traffic expected to continue until 2010, CANSO Secretary General, Alexander ter Kuile, has addressed aircraft operators worldwide, reassuring them that Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP) are doing their utmost to help. According to the Secretary General, ANSPs are taking "every possible measure to respond to the needs of the aviation community" as the air transport industry is now "feeling the full impact of the economic crisis."
