Athens International Airport SA (AIA) operator of "Eleftherios Venizelos" (Athens Airport) reported another strong set of financial results for the 12 months ended 31 Dec-07. Revenue rose 11.8%, while costs rose just 4.4%, leading to a 23% surge in EBITDA and a margin of 51.2%. Profit before tax rose by almost a third to USD125.7 million, mainly boosted by the outstanding performance of AIA’s commercial activities.
