Allegiant Air - Industry-leading load factor of nearly 90% in 2008


Allegiant Air transported over 370,000 passengers in Dec-08, a 12.6% year-on-year increase. Traffic (RPMs) increased 9.6% year-on-year, while capacity (ASMs) was reduced by 2.6%. This resulted in a notable 9.8 ppt load factor improvement to 88.7%, the highest load factor (and load factor improvement) in the US domestic market in the month.
