Boeing Capital Corporation is a global provider financing solutions. Its primary mission is to support the other Boeing business units by arranging, structuring and/or providing financing to assist in the sale and delivery of Boeing products and services. A wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, Boeing Capital provides comprehensive customer financing support, primarily utilising third-party financing.
The company's USD5.4 billion portfolio is comprised of approximately 315 commercial aircraft. Boeing Capital has approximately 160 employees, located primarily at its headquarters in Renton, Washington. Additional US offices are located in Los Angeles and St Louis, along with international offices in Hong Kong and Moscow. The business unit is divided into two operating groups:
- Aircraft Financial Services;
- Defense, Space & Security Financial Services.
