Magnetic MRO (formerly Air Maintenance Estonia/AME) was established in 2002 and is based in Tallinn, Estonia. The company services the Scandinavian and European market. Magnetic MRO is EASA certified to provide base, line, modification, component, engine and maintenance services. Magnetic MRO is part of Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology Co Ltd.
In Oct-2021, Magnetic MRO announced a rebranding and new company structure. The firm will operate as Magnetic Group, with the following subsidiaries;
- Magnetic Creative: Design and manufacturing;
- Magnetic Assets: Capital intensive businesses such as loaning, trading and leasing;
- Magnetic Maintenance: Labour intensive businesses such as line, base, and engine maintenance;
- Magnetic Talents: Specialist teams for training and consulting.
