The Philippines' Civil Aeronautics Board
The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) is the government agency responsible for the regulation of economic aspects of air transportation in the Philippines. The CAB is an agency of the Department of Transportation and Communications and has the general supervision, control and jurisdiction over various operators across the country's air transport industry, including airlines, general sales agents, cargo sales agents, and air freight forwarders as well as their property, property rights, equipment, facilities and franchise.
