Porto Seguro Airport serves the Brazilian city of Porto Seguro, the first city in Brazil to be discovered by the Portuguese. The airport was constructed in 1982 and renovated in 1997. Most of Brazil's main carriers serve the airport, resulting in strong connections with major cities such as Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and Salvador. Organização SINART operates the facility.
