Seychelles Airlines was a planned start-up that had initially intended to commence services in Jun-2014 with a two-class, 243-seat Boeing 767-300ER equipment. The carrier stated the airline expects to receive its first aircraft by Nov-2019, receive an air operator's certificate by Dec-2019 and planned to commence operations by Jan-2020. Seychelles Airlines was backed by Intershore Aviation Limited, a subsidiary of a diversified finance and real estate investment company. The carrier intended to serve destinations in Asia and Europe.
The airline planned to commence operations on 10-Sep-2020, no updates have been provided. It is assumed the carrier has abandoned plans to launch.
