Greenland Express was a Greenlandic/Danish virtual carrier based at Aalborg Airport. The carrier wet-leased narrowbody jet aircraft for services between Denmark and Iceland as well as domestic Greenland services. On 15-Aug-2014, Greenland Express cancelled its full schedule due to a lack of available aircraft. The carrier plans to relaunch services in 2016 under a Sky Greenland brand name, subject to leasing negotiations with a partner.
