About

Cambodia Angkor Air is the national flag carrier of Cambodia operating scheduled services to destinations throughout Asia. The airline was established in 2009 as a joint venture between the Cambodian Government and Vietnam Airlines. 

Vietnam Airlines sold a 49% stake in Cambodia Angkor Air in Apr-2020. Vietnam Airlines completed the transfer of stake in Cambodia Angkor Air for USD35 million, as per an agreement between the parties. Cambodia Angkor Air is no longer an affiliated company of Vietnam Airlines.
