About
Founded in 2003, Bylina operated charter services throughout Russia utilising Yakovlev Yak-40s and Tupolev Tu-134s aircraft. The Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, suspended Bylina's AOC from 01-Sep-2014 due to the airline's poor financial position.
