About
Small Planet Group was the holding company for Small Planet Airlines' operations in Lithuania and Poland. The group was owned by Vytautas Kaikaris and Andrius Staniulis and held a 100% stake in Small Planet Airlines UAB (Lithuania) and a 90% share of Small Planet Airlines Sp. z o. o. (Poland).
Majority-owned members of the group include:
- Small Planet Airlines Poland (90%, since Dec-2009; ceased in Nov-2018)
- Small Planet Airlines Germany (established 13-May-2016; ceased in Oct-2018)
- Small Planet Airlines Thailand (Failed to launch)
- Small Planet Airlines Cambodia (established 05-Dec-2017, suspended from 09-Nov-2018)
Small Planet Airlines followed its German and Polish subsidiaries in filing for insolvency in Nov-2018.
