Xiamen Airlines achieves 26th consecutive year of profitability in 2012

Xiamen Airlines reported (08-Jan-2013) the carrier's 26th consecutive year of profitability in 2012. The carrier also reported the following financial/operational highlights for 2012:

  • Revenue: CNY16,600 million (USD2594 million);
  • Operating profit: Exceeded CNY2000 million (USD312.5 million);
  • Passenger numbers: 17.0 million;
