Wizz Air to introduce allocated seating in May-2015

Wizz Air announced (02-Apr-2015) plans to introduce allocated seating on selected routes from 04-May-2015, with a full rollout to follow on 19-May-2015. Passengers will be allocated a seat during the booking process from 08-Apr-2015 and will be seated next to travellers on the same booking "where possible". Passengers choosing to select their own seat during booking may do so for a EUR5-23 charge for seats in the aircraft's front row, EUR3-17 for seats "upfront", EUR2-5 for seats in the "front cabin", EUR1-2.50 for seats in the "rear cabin" and EUR5-23 for seats with extra legroom.
