Winnipeg Airports Authority 'fighting' with other airports for carriers

Winnipeg Airports Authority president and CEO Barry Rempel, speaking at the CAPA Airport Innovation Day Summit, said (03-Aug-2016) the authority is constantly "fighting" with other airports for a limited number of carriers. Mr Rempel also noted LCCs need to be handled quite differently from other airlines.
