Virgin stays with user-pays for new menu

Virgin Blue announced it will maintain its user-pays approach to inflight catering after launching a revamped food offering on its short-haul network (AAP, 09-Mar-2011). The airline has appointed chef and restaurant owner Luke Mangan, who has also worked with V Australia catering, to oversee new menu development. Virgin Blue said the changes would not affect airfares.
