Flughafen Wien AG acquires SNC Lavalin stake in Malta International Airport

Flughafen Wien AG, the holding company of Vienna International Airport, announced (01-Feb-2016) the acquisition of SNC Lavalin Invest's (Malta) stake in the Malta Mediterranean Link Consortium Limited (MMLC), which has a 40% interest stake in Malta International Airport. Flughafen Wien AG will have a consolidated holding of "more than 48%" in Malta Airport upon the financial close of the agreement, equating to a total of EUR63 million or EUR3 per Malta Airport share.
