US-Bangla Airlines launches operations on 17-Jul-2014

US-Bangla Airlines, on its Facebook page, announced (13-Jul-2014) the launch of operations on 17-Jul-2014. The carrier also stated (17-Jul-2014) that its website is "now ready to issue tickets". The carrier is launching with Dhaka-Chittagong and Dhaka-Jessore services on 17-Jul-2014, with twice daily and daily frequencies, respectively. Director Khan Md Nazib said the Dhaka-Chittagong frequency will be subsequently increased to four times daily with Dhaka-Jessore frequency to increase to twice daily.
