Turkish Gpvernment to launch tender for construction of Zafer Regional Airport

Turkey's General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI) reportedly announced plans to launch a Build-Operate-Transfer model tender for Zafer Regional Airport on 01-Apr-2010 (OANA/World Bulletin, 30-Mar-2010).
