TransAsia Airways revenue up 5% - consolidated financial highlights for three months ended 31-Mar-2012:

  • Operating revenue: TWD2179 million (USD73.7 million), +12.6% year-on-year;
  • Operating costs: TWD2076 million (USD70.2 million), +26.4%;
  • Operating expense: TWD177.4 million (USD6.0 million), +4.9%;
  • Operating profit (loss): (TWD75.2 million) (USD2.5 million), compared to a profit of TWD122.0 million (USD4.1 million) in p-c-p;
  • Net profit (loss): (TWD21.4 million) (USD723,000), compared to a profit of TWD130.4 million (USD4.4 million) in p-c-p;
  • Total assets: TWD11,661 million (USD394.4 million), +10.9% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011;
  • Cash and cash equivalents: TWD797.4 million (USD27.0 million), -22.9% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011;
  • Total liabilities: TWD4338 million (USD146.7 million), -8.3% when compared to period ended 31-Dec-2011.
