Taoyuan International Airport Corp to call for tenders for T3 project

Taiwan's Taoyuan International Airport Corp announced plans to call for tenders for the airport's TWD50.0 billion (USD1.7 billion) Terminal Three construction project at the end of Sep-2012, according to a China Times report. The facility is expected to complete construction work at the end of 2018. Once completed, it will have capacity for 43.0 million passenger p/a. The airport's Terminal One facility currently has capacity for 12 million passengers and is expected to have capacity for 15 million passengers following its expansion while the airport's Terminal Two facility has capacity for 17 million passengers p/a.
