Taiwan domestic pax up 3% in May-2011

Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration reported the following air traffic highlights in May-2011:

Passenger numbers:
- Domestic: 968,000, +3.0% year-on-year;
- International: 2.3 million, +1.2%l
Cargo volume:
- Domestic: 3000 tons, -7.1%;
- International: 97,000 tons, -5.2%;
Aircraft movements:
- Domestic: 15,722, +3.1%;
- International: 16,622, +6.7%.
