Sydney Airport considering uses for augmented/virtual reality

Sydney Airport GM corporate affairs Sally Fielke, speaking at the CAPA Airport Innovation Day Summit, said (03-Aug-2016) the airport is considering using augmented or virtual reality to make the customer experience more seamless and efficient while providing entertainment value and "wow factor." Ms Fielke said 90% of passengers at the airport have a smart device.
