Sydney Airport Board appoints new MD and CEO

Australia's Sydney Airport Corp board unanimously appointed (09-Jun-2011) Ms Kerrie Mather as Managing Director and CEO of Sydney Airport, effective 01-Jul-2011. Ms Mather will continue as CEO of MAp which holds a 74% interest in the airport. The terms and conditions of Ms Mather's employment, including her total remuneration, remain unchanged.
