Spirit Airlines prices IPO

Spirit Airlines anticipates selling at least 20 million shares for USD14 and USD16 each in its IPO (Market Watch/AP, 12-May-2011). The carrier stated it could raise up to USD320 million and after expenses, USD276.3 million. The company filed for the IPO in Sep-2010.
