Shanghai plans for fourth and fifth runway at Pudong

Shanghai Airport Authority unveiled plans to construct a fourth and fifth runway at Pudong International Airport (Transport Journal, 13-May-2011). The new runways will be initially used for the testing of China's jumbo aircraft, which will be assembled in Shanghai. Both runways are expected to be completed before 2015.
