Saudi Arabian Airlines planning near double-digit domestic capacity expansion in 2016
Saudi Arabian Airlines DG Saleh Bin Nasser Al-Jasser reported (30-Jan-2016) the carrier increased domestic seat capacity by 9.7% year-on-year in 2015, to a total of 17.3 million seats. The airline plans to increase domestic capacity by 9.7% again in 2016, to 19 million seats. Saudia will concentrate capacity development in 2H2016, particularly for peak periods.
