SAS shares jump on rumours of bidding war

SAS increased on 03-Jan-2010 following reports that carriers Air France-KLM, Lufthansa and British Airways would be ready to enter a "bidding war" to purchase the company (thelocal.se, 03-Jan-2011). In Feb-2010, the Swedish Government said it was interested in reducing its holding in SAS at an "opportune moment" and Denmark and Norway followed suit.
