SAS CEO sees "structural cooperation" as the “best option”
SAS CEO, Mats Jansson, stated that the "best option" for the airline would be to "enter a structural cooperation with another partner" after the recession is over (Dagbladet Borsen, 12-Feb-2010). A Lufthansa spokesman meanwhile noted the airline is not interested in SAS, as it is currently integrating other recent acquisitions (Business.dk, 12-Feb-2010).
