Russia’s Federal Aviation Agency reports 7.7% rise in Feb-2011 pax numbers

Russia's Federal Aviation Agency reported (31-Mar-2011) the following traffic highlights in Feb-2011:

  • Passenger numbers: 3.3 million, +7.7% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 1.9 million, -1.9%;
    • International: 1.4 million, +5.7%;
  • Passenger load factor: 71.4%, -2.6 ppts;
    • Domestic: 65.9%, -3.9 ppt;
    • International: 75.7%, -1.7 ppts;
  • Cargo volume: 59,777 tonnes, +0.1%;
    • Domestic: 18,768 tonnes, +8.8%;
    • International: 41,009 tonnes, -3.4%.
