Rome Fiumicino Airport passenger numbers up 8% - traffic highlights for May-2016:

  • Passenger numbers: 3.8 million, +7.6% year-on-year;
    • Domestic: 1.1 million, +18.8%;
    • International: 2.7 million, +3.4%;
  • Cargo volume: 14,022 tons, +16.1%;
    • Domestic: 177 tons, +1.7%;
    • International: 13,845 tons, +16.3%;
  • Aircraft movements: 28,093, +5.4%;
    • Domestic: 9408, +11.3%;
    • International: 18,685, +2.7%.
