Possibility of A350 delays can not be excluded: Airbus CEO

Airbus CEO, Thomas Enders, stated he could not exclude the possibility of deliveries of the A350 being delayed (Focus, 19-Apr-2010). He commented that while Airbus is implementing all possible efforts to keep to the schedule, "it is a hellish ride". According to the current schedule, the first A350XWB flight will occur in 2012, with deliveries to commence in 2013.
